Hi. I would like to bump this question again. Besides Google Analytics, I saw a method to "customize the site feedback". Any more instructions on that? |

Hey @Guangzhen-Jin. As I understand it the feedback feature uses Google Analytics, so it could be blocked by UBlock or other Adblock functionality. How have you tried to debug the events until now? I see you've posted a summary from your back panel, but have you tried using any browser extensions / debug mode of the backend to display the path of the trigger events? I have used Tag assistant in the past but I'm not sure if this applies to your case, maybe have a look at different extensions like Analytics Debuger etc. In another discussion another user shared their approach at customizing the feedback widget with source code, so you can look at it for inspiration. Customization does require learning Jinja2 templating / JavaScript / Google Analytics to some extent. |

I followed the instructions from the documentation to successfully configure Google Analytics on my site. I can see all the user view data and events for feedback (see below). I get it that the average value cannot be shown but looks like I cannot even get any data on the number of thumbs-up. Any ideas on this? Thank you!
