Remove section on pulling Docker image?

For some reason the manual tells to pull images by hand, which is unnecessary, since following docker run will pull it automatically.

Before actually performing this change, I would like to hear your thoughts, since we had recent discussion on Slack about doing explicit docker pull since some people forget about it to get latest version. cc @mcuadros
