nix develop shell shows warning that "stack" isn't in "$PATH" for cabal project

This started appearing recently (I believe) without any changes to my flake.nix... it's identical to the template with the project name updated.

Failed to find executable "stack" in $PATH for this Stack project.:

I'm not sure why it's looking for stack in a cabal project anyway. Is this something I'm doing wrong?

All I have is a 'hello world' main function. Then I do nvim app/Main.hs.

It's just a default cabal file... I ran cabal init, made the simplest Hello World app, didn't change anything in the cabal file.

(Well, that's still not reproducible because what cabal init generates depends on the version of cabal you use; you should have just uploaded your project to GitHub)

The example doesn't work either. The shell shows cabal-install 3.10.1.0. I tried a few different projects, all of them show the same error about ambiguous targets.

@riskygit So it is not unique to haskell-flake. Something's the problem with your system. I suggest asking in https://app.element.io/#/room/#haskell:nixos.org

They are all haskell-flake projects. I can try a project without haskell-flake.

I had accidentally created a project root one directory level above my project root... completely foolish. Sorry for the bother.
