error during container init: exec: "/launch.py": permission denied: unknown

I get error when trying to deploy topology after getting image for cat9k and get the error in title. I seen others come across this but have not seen solution and also changed the permissions on launch.py file as well.

I wonder, where did you change the permissions on a file? Can you tell me more about the procedure you followed to apply the workaround?

I just did chmod +x on launch.py but it didn't work seeing when I build using the cat9k image I get permission denied. Trying to use cisco catalyst 9000 virtual router but receive the error, I have seen people come across this error but haven't seen a solution.
