Filtering Coordinates for "Specific" #70

@wsalesky Can we change how the map filters coordinates please?

For the purposes of the map, if we filter to show "specific" it should only show records where the location does not have any subtype. Currently the "specific" filter seems to just exclude @subtype="representative"
Thus the record above (place/61) appears when the "specific" filter is on even though it should not
please bill this and all future enhancements to VU as part of general srophe development
