unable to install packages of srsran4g

i am trying to establish a 5g network between usrp b210 and usrp b200 .i have already able to connect tx to gnodeb where i have used srsran5g project and open5gs . then i was trying to install the srsran 4g packages .I think i have to install the packages for srsue and there is no need to install from source correct me if i am wrong.

issue :-
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:softwareradiosystems/srsran_4g
while trying to install above command i am facing below error
output:-
