Max number of entries in user_db

I would like to add many thousand to 3Million sim card entries to srsRAN. My concern is that having many (~3Million) sim cards pre-loaded into user_db will be too large for the system to handle and possibly slow things down substantially.

Is there a hard limit to the number of SIM’s added to user_db?
What are some potential bottlenecks of having a very large number of SIM cards in user_db?
Has anybody done this and what hardware is required?
