Best Hardware (CPU/Motherboard) for SRSRAN?

Hey,

I would like to know what is the best CPU (and Motherboard) for SRSRAN when performance is the most important factor?
Are there differences between Intel and AMD that are relevant for SRSRAN, e.g. is SRSRAN primarily optimized for one or the other?
Does SRSRAN prioritize systems with many cores, or rather system with high clock speeds?
Does SRSRAN benefit from a large cache etc?
I have tried using both, the Intel 13900K and the AMD 7950X3D with mixed results.
What platform should I buy, if cost is not the primary concern?
