Exploring open 5GS with SRS RAN gnB and SRS UE.

I would like to explore Control and Data plane functionality of open 5GS core for my learning and Is there any option where I can use srs RAN 5G gNB and SRS UE(5G) without any hardware??
I found few limitations like below.

1. SRS RAN 5G project does not support SRS UE.
2. UERANSIM does not support the data plane functionality.
3. srs RAN 4G project has gnB functionality but it can be used only basic signaling and limited data throughput scenarios.

Any suggestions or recommendations?

You can run the srsRAN project with the srsRAN UE in ZMQ mode, which will not require USRP or OTA operation.
As per this document, srsUE has some limitations:
The current srsUE implementation has a few feature limitations when running in 5G SA mode. The key feature limitations are as follows: Limited to 15 kHz Sub-Carrier Spacing (SCS), which means only FDD bands can be used. Limited to 5, 10, 15 or 20 MHz Bandwidth (BW) Handover is not supported
