Save friendly name inside a peer config file

That could go as an extension of the peer: ... line, like it's done in ndfan77/wgw:

... or as an additional line inserted after the peer: ... line, like it's done in FlyveHest/wg-friendly-peer-names:

Also enable saving a possibly longer peer description along the name too.

Both these could be saved in the form of config file comments, eg:

Now it would be cool to add support for the friendly (short) name too.
