add support for multiple files

The input should actually be a list of kappa files (possibly all those that are open as an emacs tab?)
Command line accepts (>= KS 4):
KaSim -i file1.ka file2.ka etc.

I'm not sure how to address this properly.

I could probably change the run command so that it accepts a space-separated list of file-names but then we get into the issue of escaping spaces and special characters in file names (like what caused #9). I don't think Emacs has out-of-the-box support for asking for multiple file names in a portable way either.

Submitting all open buffers to KaSim doesn't seem particularly elegant either. What if I have the source files of two unrelated models opened at the same time?

Could you elaborate a bit on what the use case looks like? If I wanted to write a model with multiple modules/source files wouldn't it be better to use a single top-level source file that imports all the sub-modules? Or is there some build system that should be used instead? What do users usually do? Any best practices?

Use case is I have several files that I would like to pass to Kasim's -i argument. I guess one needs to get a list of names args and then append the path to every elements of args and then give the list to KaSim.

I propose the following, but I'm not sure how feasible it is to implement: the first line of the current buffer can have a comment like # -i: file1.ka file2.ka ...

Everything in that line would get appended to the input file lost in the command line. What do you think?
