Flashcards not Becoming Due and not Reviewable

In one of my flashcard decks I have a note with a couple hundred of all reverse single line flashcards. I seem to remember it working normally not too long ago but now most of the cards never become due. About 30 or so did become new again after changing the text contained in them slightly.

I thought it might have been because I didn't leave a lline break after each flashcard line but that didn't fix it. I also tried copy-pasting the html lines from the other working flashcards but that didn't work either. I tried using the cram command to go through all the notes but it would only keep repeating the same few over and over endlessley.
