What is the point of "cram" mode has no "Good" button?

Wonder why there are only Hard and Easy.
I'd like to simply go through and review all the cards in the deck, however the cram mode without the good button seems the only way here.
Not sure why; is this a matter of an algorithm to calculate space repetition or something?
