What is the current version ? 0.9.10 or 0.10.0?

yeah I believe there was a mixed up when publishing the new version

I think @bitner you wanted to publish 0.9.10 not 0.10.0

as far I can tell we could delete the v0.10.0 docker images and the 0.10.0 tags as well
