So I have a stac-fastapi-elasticsearch instance up and running. Now I'm wondering how to set the queryables (/queryables endpoint). In pgstac, one could use the pypgstac load_queryables script (see https://stac-utils.github.io/pgstac/pypgstac/) to add them. What is the method for elasticsearch?

I know that free text search works, but I'm using stac-browser and I want some more fields to show up in the "additional filters" on the search page (and remove the ones that don't make sense for our data, like cloud cover).
