Description:
ENABLE_TRANSACTIONS_EXTENSIONSenvironment variable to enable or disable the Transactions and Bulk Transactions API extensions. When set tofalse, endpoints provided byTransactionsClientandBulkTransactionsClientare not available. This allows for flexible deployment scenarios and improved API control.PR Checklist:
