Allow multiple collections in one file

My catalog parquet file includes 9 items with 4 unique values for the collection column. For example:

The resulting searches include items for all collection item combinations. For example /collections/NTAFIN/items includes

The auto generated collections seem to have the right spatial and temporal extents.

Thanks for the report! This is a limitation with the current "data model" for stac-fastapi-geoparquet, where each href can correspond to one (and only one) collection, and vice versa. As a work-around, split your single geoparquet file into one file per collection.

I've updated the type and title of this issue to be a feature request to support multiple collections in one file, and added a note to the readme.
