chore(hdfs): Update container images ahead of Stackable Release 24.11

Part of #831.

Not a lot to do here, just need to make 3.4.0 the latest/LTS version.

Please add the scheduled-for/20XX-XX label.

### Update tasks
- [x] Update `versions.py` to reflect the agreed upon versions in the spreadsheet (including the removal of old versions).
- [x] Upload new version (see `hadoop/upload_new_hadoop_version.sh`).
- [x] Update `versions.py` to the latest supported version of JVM (base and devel).
- [x] Update other dependencies if applicable (eg: hdfs_utils, jmx_exporter, protobuf, etc).
