Would it be possible to always provide compact urls as well as the long ones if pkg-pr-new detects a package has been published and contains the repository url? Essentially rendering the --compact flag obsolete. This would allow us to pass a list of packages from pnpm -r ls --depth -1 and have CI not broken when new packages have been introduced in the workspace. It would also allow us to have short urls for packages that already are published, and still allow having preview packages for ones that we're still staging
