Refund Request – Live Sessions feature missing after upgrade

I upgraded my account on 12/08/25 explicitly to use the Live Sessions feature for real-time collaboration. However, after upgrading, the Live button never appears in any of my projects—including native Vanilla JS (Vite) projects—despite being advertised in your documentation and pricing page.

Given that the functional feature I paid for is unavailable, I would like a full refund for my recent subscription charge.
