Update codeflow vscode version to a newer version #3152

The current version of the codeflow vscode server is 1.84.0.
It appears that version 1.84 is from last October.
Since a year and a month ago, many new features have come to vscode, and they are not available on stackblitz codeflow.
Describe the solution you'd like
Update the codeflow vscode version to 1.95.0 or something around there.
