Description of Bug

Cannot accept confirmation email link to change email

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to StackBlitz account settings
2. Click on Emails
3. Add a new email
4. Confirmation link sent
5. Clicking on the link in the email sends me to a 404
6. Resending the link does the same
7. See error

Expected Behavior

I should add a second email to my account.
