"Confirmation token is invalid" error #3161

Description of Bug
When trying to confirm my email address for Stackblitz registration, I receive "Confirmation token is invalid" error after clicking the confirmation link in the verification email. This occurs even when clicking the confirmation link immediately (within 1 minute) after receiving the verification email.
Steps to Reproduce
Go to 'https://stackblitz.com/'
Create a new account by filling out the registration form
Receive verification email from Stackblitz (arrives immediately)
Click on the confirmation/verification button in the email within 1 minute of receipt
Get redirected to an error page showing "Confirmation token is invalid"
Tried the process multiple times with the same result
Expected Behavior
After clicking the confirmation link in the email:
Should be redirected to Stackblitz successfully
Account should be verified
Should be able to log in and use the platform

Additional Context/Questions
The error occurs even when the confirmation link is clicked immediately (within 1 minute of receipt)
Multiple attempts with fresh registration/confirmation emails result in the same error
Token invalidation seems to happen instantly as even immediate confirmation attempts fail
I'm unable to access my account due to this verification issue
Is there a system-wide issue with the token generation/validation process?
