can't sign up #3263

Description of Bug
It always shows error: "There is an ongoing login attempt in a different tab"
and then also it says:
"It looks like you're attempting to sign in to your existing StackBlitz account using a different provider
Please proceed by signing in with the provider you originally used, then you can add your new provider in the settings. If you signed up with email/password and are trying to sign in through another service (e.g. with a Github account), try logging in with your email and password.
If you think this is a bug/problem on our end, please file an issue over at https://github.com/stackblitz/core"
And I really think it is a bug problem because I am not using it anywhere else as it says and I just want to open new account so please help me to solve it
