StackBlitz installs React 19, although I specified React 18 in `package.json`

Description of Bug

StackBlitz installs React 19, although I specified React 18 in package.json, which is why I get this error: Error in /turbo_modules/react@19.0.0/cjs/react.development.js

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open https://stackblitz.com/edit/react-jebuz8rk?file=package.json

Expected Behavior

Dependencies will be installed correctly and the server will start
