GitHub App Installed but StackBlitz Doesn't Recognize It

Hi StackBlitz team,

I'm experiencing a persistent issue where the GitHub App is installed and has full permissions to all repositories, but StackBlitz doesn't recognize the installation.

Details:

• GitHub user: MetrixConsultoria
• App installed and configured correctly (confirmed via GitHub settings)
• StackBlitz keeps showing "App is not installed"
• Clicking "Update status" or reinstalling doesn't fix it
• Even when I fork a project, StackBlitz says "Project forked!", but nothing shows up on my GitHub account

I’ve tested everything: cache cleared, reinstalled app, switched projects, all to no success. It seems to be a synchronization issue with the GitHub App and StackBlitz.

Can you help investigate and reset the link on your side?
