StackBlitz Create Repo Button not working

Hello,

Everytime I click on Create Repository on my stackblitz project, it tells me to install the stackblitz account to my github but its been there for two weeks now. I previously created a repo on it and it worked but now all of a sudden it wont work. please let me know if you know how to fix this or if you're having the same issue. thanks
