@media (prefers-color-scheme: dark) not working

Description of Bug

@media (prefers-color-scheme: dark) is not working in Chrome when OS is set to dark mode.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set OS to dark theme
2. Go to https://stackblitz.com/edit/stackblitz-starters-kuvecjcw?file=index.html
3. See style tag in head
4. background: #0e0e12 should be applied to body but instead #fff is applied.

Expected Behavior

@media (prefers-color-scheme: dark) is applied when OS is set to dark mode.
