Issue Title: URGENT: Paid account blocked - no support, no tokens, system unusable

Username/Email: [email protected]

Problem:

  • My tokens were drained unexpectedly (over 700K in one update).
  • System is not working — can't test, build, or deploy.
  • I'm unable to upgrade my plan because the current one is stuck.
  • I've contacted support multiple times — no response for over 2 days.

Impact:
I have a real client who already transferred funds and is waiting for system delivery and transaction confirmation (USDT transfer). This is critical and must be addressed immediately.

Request:
Please escalate this issue to management or a senior support agent.

I expect:

  1. Immediate token reset or cancellation to allow upgrade
  2. Full reactivation of my environment
  3. Direct response within hours

This issue affects business continuity. Please treat this as urgent.
