Issue Title: URGENT: Paid account blocked - no support, no tokens, system unusable

Problem:
- My tokens were drained unexpectedly (over 700K in one update).
- System is not working — can't test, build, or deploy.
- I'm unable to upgrade my plan because the current one is stuck.
- I've contacted support multiple times — no response for over 2 days.
Impact:
I have a real client who already transferred funds and is waiting for system delivery and transaction confirmation (USDT transfer). This is critical and must be addressed immediately.
Request:
Please escalate this issue to management or a senior support agent.
I expect:
- Immediate token reset or cancellation to allow upgrade
- Full reactivation of my environment
- Direct response within hours
