First access of stackblitz.com/github/ URLs always stall out #3531

Every time I use a stackblitz.com/github/ URL, the site gets hung up on the import/cloning. Well, I should say I think it's on the first access of a new repo, the cloning process seems to stall out. A browser refresh has always fixed the problem, so it's not a huge deal, but I've experienced this like 3-4 times now.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to https://stackblitz.com/fork/github/mikelew42/stackblitz-site
- Does it load properly?

You might need to try a fresh repo that hasn't been cloned before to get the same bug.
