Updated this because CI was failing as the lock file wasn't in sync with the package.json.

where does this file come from? I don't see it created when I run the expo starter that has been floating about

do we need it? just wondering if this is gonna be problematic if a user wants to start adding their own env vars

We we actually need this for Expo to work. This sets up the proxy urls.

I'm guessing the prompt file is going into the main repo instead?
