Deploy to Netlify #1590

Describe the bug
In Bolt, deploying to Netlify seems to be pushing to a new URL each time. This is a problem because I've already set up a custom domain in Netlify. Is there any way to tell Bolt which Netlify URL to use?

Steps to reproduce
simply click on deploy in Bolt
Expected behavior
I would expect to be able to push to an existing Netlify url.
Parity with Local
- I have run the project in my local machine and I could not reproduce the issue.
