Build doesn't include all changes #1647

Describe the bug
bulding project, but dist fodler not updating. Tried removing it and running build again, same problem.

Steps to reproduce
made changes, run npm run build
Expected behavior
after npm run build expect it to update dist folder.
Parity with Local
- I have run the project in my local machine and I could not reproduce the issue.
