Failed to start the React.js Project (npm install && npm run dev) is not working

Describe the bug

Problem with running the React.js Project(Frontend - React Javascript Template) by (npm install && npm run dev)

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to stackblitz.com
2. Click on New Project
3. Select FrontEnd and click on React-Javascript Template
4. See Error

Expected behavior

npm install && npm run dev command should run as expected without error.

Parity with Local

• I have run the project in my local machine and I could not reproduce the issue.
