Svelte extension takes too long to install #1702

Describe the bug
About installing svelte extension (styling syntax for .svelte file) on StackBlitz (connected to GitHub)
it should not be this long, it takes around 2.30 minutes to complete.
compare to other extensions which takes only few seconds.
is anyone having this problem?

Steps to reproduce
on StackBlitz (connected to GitHub) project
- go to extensions search for "svelte"
- select the extension "Svelte for VS Code" the most popular one, click install
- here the problem, it takes too long to install
Expected behavior
it should be faster installing
Parity with Local
- I have run the project in my local machine and I could not reproduce the issue.
