Describe the bug

Enhance the existing code with the following functionalities:

Employee Request Transfer:

After submitting the request form, the request should automatically be transferred to a store person.
The store person should have the ability to accept or reject the request.
If rejected, they must provide a reason.
Item Health Serial Entry:

If the request is accepted, the store person should be presented with a form to enter:
Health Serial Number of the requested item.
Faulty Serial Number of the requested item.
Inventory Management:

Store personnel should have an option to add the item to the existing store inventory.
They will fill out a form with fields including:
New Item or Repaired Item
Part Number
Serial Number
Item Name
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)
Any other required details from the existing Google Sheet.
The newly added item should automatically sync with the Google Sheet item list.
Data Logging & Synchronization:

Every entry must include the date and time.
Changes should be reflected both in the application and Google Sheet in real time.
Visualization (Charts & Graphs):

Implement bar charts or graphs to demonstrate:
Monthly item IN & OUT from the store.
System-wise breakdown of item movement.
User Assignment:

Ensure the following users are included in their respective roles:
Employees:
