Describe the bug
I have never seen it do this. I wasted 500,00 tokens it was confusing files with other files and over riding the files ont he ones it would update in artifact mode. I even built rules for it to follow one of them was not to mix files up and check file names matched before editing. That didn't matter you guys must have a bug going on. I can/t do anything it just keeps breaking my project not stable at all.

Expected behavior
Its suppose to do make edits on the file its suppose to work on vs mixing up files. its clearly confused
