Deleting a public file and adding a new one, doesn't allow me to save the file anymore

Describe the bug

I'm working on a project and I replaced one file in the public folder and now it doesn't allow me to save it anymore.. I tried to fork the project and see if it solved the problem, but no, still the same error.

Expected behavior

it is impossible to save it, you can edit codes and see results, but you can't save it.. you can always download the project, but not save it
