Add svelte.dev/tutorial #12

The https://svelte.dev/tutorial is using @webcontainer/api. In https://github.com/sveltejs/learn.svelte.dev they used to have some Playwright test cases, but in https://github.com/sveltejs/svelte.dev/tree/main/apps/svelte.dev there are none.
Check with authors and see if they want Playwright test cases, and add the project into the ecosystem ci.
