Please provide installation-free "portable" packages on Windows #549
Description
Obtaining StGit on Windows currently involves running an MSI-type installer, but company policy at $WORK forbids running any such MSI-type installer. From what I can observe, StGit already is a single-file program, and doesn't really strictly need to be “installed”, only copied or unpacked to the correct location. Thus, please provide a StGit package for Windows which need not be installed, merely unpacked. Thanks.
