Sometimes I'd like to pin a comment, and not the all of the parent comments with it.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Pinning the parent comment could work sometimes, but replies can be many comments deep and even hidden entirely when scrolling through.
Maybes there some concept overlap visually with k00bs idea for making highly zapped/hot comments appear on the front page.
