Upgrading to OnDemand 3, currently having issues with authorization for the login page, see: OSC/ondemand#2970
This is currently fixed temporarily by a code injection in a62ee78 and a4e81d6 or by providing the login node's FIP to the ood portal config as in 06ecc8e (will need to be reverted)
Also updated to use PAM auth
