Add locations to delete when uninstalling toolhive in linux

Bug description

the documentation to uninstall toolhive in linux says to delete
~/.config/toolhive/

I found that i also need to delete
~/.local/share/toolhive
~/.local/state/toolhive

otherwise a new installation may produce confusing errors.
would be nice to add it to the documentation
