Description

For custom registry we are going to loose the mcp optimizer config that are inthe default registry. In order to avoid this we can handle the optimizer configuration directly in UI, with a static configuration, always updated with a renovate sync between UI repo and optimizer one

Acceptance Criteria

• handle optimizer configuration from static file
• remove logic about retrieving optimizer config from registry
• configure renovate in order to have automatically PR based on optimizer release
