PyPI entry?

It would be really convenient if this project were listed in PyPI.

One thing I'm worried about when publishing this on PyPI is that the current build model ships an executable, and an executable built on my machine might not run on yours. Unless this is sorted out I can't publish it.

This is related to #33, and after a while I removed all platform-dependent packages from PyPantograph, but I still cannot just publish this to PyPI because of the platform dependency of the repl executable. When we publish this package, we need to have an array of machines or platforms to build a platform-specific wheel (vide https://packaging.python.org/en/latest/guides/distributing-packages-using-setuptools/) and push all of that onto PyPI.
