How to make my own dataset for this project

Dear authors,

I'm trying to experiment with my own data.
However, I only have visual and tactile information. The visual information is in JPG format, and the tactile information is an EXCEL sheet containing mechanical claw pressure data.
How can I make my own dataset with these data?
