Printing works perfectly on one printer, but the other does not even though it is "connected"

Hey i have tried to fix this issue for the past day, and can't seem to fix it. I have resetted the printer, tried to change the CloudPRNT url in the printer to another test server, which works completely fine. When i change it back to the server of the plugin, i can see that it says connected but it still does not print....

But the other printer we have works perfectly!
