Investigate eclipse+command url handler

Apparently eclipse since 2020 June have eclipse+command url handler to run arbitrary commands similar to idea.

I did try this. While normally if I go to terminal and write
open eclipse+command://org.eclipse.ui.window.preferences?preferencePageId=org.eclipse.ui.browser.preferencePage it does not work but if I try from the browser it works . I am stills looking at it, trying to figure out how to make it work from Terminal directly.

I tried to search a lot on this but the problem is I can't find the documentation/reference for the arguments we provide here .
eclipse+command://args There's just the same exmaple available everywhere(eclipse+command://org.eclipse.ui.window.preferences?preferencePageId=org.eclipse.ui.browser.preferencePage).

• Apart from this I can't find much on that. There are https://www.eclipsecon.org pages but they only have the intro .
• It'd be helpful if you could suggest me other places/methods to search .
