SNIP identification - how do we choose numbers to identify SNIPs ?

There where mainly 3 options for us to give numbers to SNIPs:

1. Completely Independent (incrementing number as we go, SNIP-1, SNIP-2, etc...)
2. Number linked to EIPs when relevant (SNIP-20 for Token standard)
3. Namespace SNIPs that are inspired by EIPs (SNIP-E20 for Token standard)

After some discussion on telegram channel we came to conclusion that going with independent number makes the most sense for starknet. I will list some counter arguments for option 2 and option 3 as discussed in channel. If you want to see the full conversion see linked message.

Counter argument for option 2 and 3:

• Due to differences in architecture of Ethereum and Starknet (for example starknet has native AA) not all interfaces that are relevant for Ethereum would be required for Starknet
• As protocol evolve we might require to update interface defined in the SNIP, its not clear what this new SNIP should be named.
• There might be multiple ways to interpret some stuff in EIP each having different tradeoffs, in that case its not clear which should be given preference.

Considering all this option 1 looks like the best one.
