Set `@vueuse/core` as `peerDependency`

Currently, @vueuse/core is listed as a dependency in vue-audio-visual. This can lead to unnecessary duplication when a project already includes @vueuse/core, potentially resulting in multiple bundled versions.

To avoid this, I suggest moving @vueuse/core to peerDependencies. This approach ensures that consumers of vue-audio-visual can use their existing version of @vueuse/core, while you can still define the minimum required version (typically, higher versions maintain backward compatibility).
